You might be able to take your super balance with you to your home country if you were living in Australia on a temporary visa.
I'm an Australian temporarily moving overseas
If you're moving to New Zealand permanently, you can add your super to a KiwiSaver account. Otherwise, your super stays in Australia until you retire.
