- Pick your own financial adviser, or
- we can connect you with an accredited adviser from our National Advice Panel2.
Choosing a financial adviser: 3 things to think about
What's their specialty?
Some advisers are experts in certain areas, like financial or tax planning. Make sure their skills and qualifications match what you need.
How do they get paid?
Ask about their fees. Do they charge for ongoing service? Do they get paid to recommend certain products?
Do you trust them?
You should feel comfortable with your adviser. If something's not clear, ask them to explain it again.
